- Preparation of pre-tender cost estimates and detailed measurement works.
- Prepare and coordinate the calling of tender, including compilation of tender documents, tender queries, and corrigendum.
- Evaluate tender submissions, prepare tender reports and recommendations.
- Monitor and report project costs, including interim cost reporting and cashflow projections
- Assess and evaluate progress payment claims in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Prepare costing and valuation for changes / variations.
- Prepare and submit payment valuations to Clients, including through designated client portals.
- Attend site progress meetings and liaise with Clients, consultants, and contractors on cost and contractual matters.
- Finalise project final accounts.
- Perform other contract administration duties, including submission of warranties and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- Undertake any other assignments as may be assigned from time to time.
