- Procurement, contract administration, setting up sub contracts, sub contract valuations, measurement and final account negotiation.
- Monitoring the progress of sub contractors, cost forecasting and maintaining a good working relationship with all stakeholders.

THE ROLE:
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be involved in procurement, contract administration, setting up sub contracts, sub contract valuations, measurement and final account negotiation. You will be monitoring the progress of sub contractors, cost forecasting and maintaining a good working relationship with all stakeholders.
