What you'll do
- Provide operational support to order processing or licensing activities
- Enter data in a variety of CRM and ERP systems
- Uphold company policies and procedures related to the quote-to-order workflow
- Manage issue intake processes to respond to internal (e.g., sales) and external (e.g., customer) requests related to quoting, order management, and licensing
- Operate license order fulfillment processes by following predefined procedures, using different licensing tools
- Handle assigned quoting, order management, and licensing related issues in a service management system
- Understand and follow policies, processes and procedures associated with assigned areas of responsibility
- Assist with issues and collaborate across peer organizations
- Review signed contracts and manage countersignatures (DocuSign skills, or fast learning skills required)

The Quote to Cash Coordinator supports various activities within the quote-to-order workflow, from CRM, CPQ, order management, to licensing and entitlement tools, specifically data entry tasks involved in order management and user support tasks managed in a service management system.
