Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Real Estate and Corporate Transactions Paralegal to support complex real estate, corporate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), development, financing, and transactional matters from initiation through closing. This role coordinates projects, manages deadlines, supports due diligence, prepares legal documents, and facilitates collaboration among attorneys, internal stakeholders, counterparties, and external partners.

Pay Range:

89,120.00 - 111,400.00
