  • Support transaction execution including internal approvals and cross-functional coordination.
  • Manage multiple transactions in a deadline-driven environment.

Position Summary
Phillips Edison & Company is seeking a real estate attorney to lead the legal work for a growing portfolio of specialty leasing and property-level transactions. This attorney will structure, draft, and negotiate agreements involving common areas, alternative property uses, and other opportunities that enhance the use and value of our shopping centers. This role will also work with our development team assisting with transactions and feasibility studies.
This position is in the Cincinnati, Ohio corporate headquarters.
