A rare opportunity has arisen to join M&G’s market-leading long lease real estate investment team with a portfolio of c. £6 billion AUM across traditional and alternative real estate sectors. The team manages UK and European Funds and an internal annuity book. We are looking for a Junior Fund Associate to operate at the heart of the fund management and investment team.

The flagship product of the long lease real estate business is the M&G Secured Property Income Fund with assets of c. £3.0 billion – currently the largest pooled institutional real estate Fund in the UK – invests across all sectors including hotels, healthcare, residential, student accommodation and leisure in addition to traditional office, retail and industrial property assets.

Other key strategies include the M&G European Secured Property Income Fund and M&G Secured Lease Income Fund along with other real estate based inflation-linked income and fixed income credit arbitrage strategies. These strategies are delivered by a team of 15 investment professionals (fund managers, asset managers, originators, analysts and investor relations specialists), working in partnership with colleagues from the broader Real Estate business and Public and Private Credit teams.
