  • Support attorneys with Land Bank matters, small business and corporate transactions, and general legal administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and organize case and transaction files and track critical deadlines.

Real Estate Paralegal We are a major full-service law firm with more than 120 attorneys seeking to expand our talented staff by adding a Real Estate Paralegal with 2-5 years of experience to support our practice in our Rochester, New York office.
This position offers the opportunity to work directly with attorneys and clients on a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters, while also providing support in municipal, corporate, litigation, and estate planning matters in a collaborative environment.

The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills and a solid foundation in real estate transactions. The candidate must be a team player who thrives in a professional and supportive law firm environment and is comfortable managing multiple matters simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k), annual performance reviews, and discretionary bonus.

Location This position is based in Rochester, NY, with support provided to attorneys serving clients throughout the region.
