As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will create a calm, welcoming and professional experience, including for people who may be in crisis or have complex needs. You will also provide practical administrative support that helps our services stay organised, well-resourced and responsive.
Working closely with the Site Operations Manager and Community Services teams, you will coordinate reception, site administration, supplies, facilities requests, financial processing and internal communication.
