  • Respond to general workplace service requests and provide administrative support as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures, policies, and service standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the client and internal teams to ensure a seamless workplace experience.
  • Maintain a professional reception area and a high standard of customer service at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or employee information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for employees, clients, visitors, and guests. You will provide professional reception and workplace support.

We are currently seeking a professional, friendly, and service-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Ottawa.
