  • Enter and maintain accurate information in Excel spreadsheets related to shipments, inventory, employee-related information, and other administrative activities.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and order supplies as needed to keep the office organized, clean, and properly stocked.

Beynon Sports is seeking a professional, organized, and bilingual Front Desk Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to begin or grow their career in an office environment. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

The Front Desk Associate will serve as an important first point of contact for employees, visitors, customers, and vendors while providing administrative support to keep the office running efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish.
