Pay Range: $22.61 - $30.15

Conducts reconciliations of assigned general ledger accounts and researches discrepancies. Supports process improvement efforts, assists with workload allocation, and serves as a resource for quality assurance. Works semi-independently under the guidance of supervisors, ensuring compliance with reconciliation procedures.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered. 
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial reconciliation roles.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and reconciliation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and best practices in reconciliation skills including MS Excel & Word
  • Organized with an attention to detail

Tasks Performed:

  • 75% - Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
  • 10% - Respond to internal inquiries requiring research and resolution.
  • 5% - Assist supervisor with allocation of daily work. Cross train and back up team members' work.
  • 5% - Provide a resource to ensure quality of service relating to reconciliation tasks. Develop procedures in conjunction with supervisor
  • 5% - Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
  • Stationary 75% of the time or greater
  • Move objects up to a maximum of 10 lbs
