Position Overview
As a Flow Inventory Associate, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining CarMax’s best-in-class vehicle inventory and customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and take pride in accuracy and organization. You’ll handle vehicle receiving and shipping, lot maintenance, merchandising, and photo uploads, ensuring every car meets CarMax’s quality standards. Associates that are considered full-time hourly or commission/incentive eligible:
Associates considered full-time salaried are entitled to paid time away with no specified limit as needed for sick, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, floating holiday, etc. subject to manager approval.
