About this role
Role Summary
Support the day-to-day running of the Records Management department. Help store, organise, retrieve, and manage records and information. Provide records support services to employees and departments, and ensure information is accurately processed and added to company systems.
Qualifications and Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, and experience using databases.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with guidance and support.
Experience in an office or administrative environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements
Regular use of a computer and keyboard for extended periods.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and arms throughout the workday.
Ability to bend, kneel, and occasionally use a ladder to access stored files.
Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs (18 kg) without assistance.
