Recruiter

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and support talent acquisition across the firm. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and identify and engage high-quality talent. You’ll manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned business areas, from sourcing and candidate evaluation through interview coordination and offer support. You’ll also help build strong talent pipelines through relationships with various channels. Acadian supports a hybrid work environment, with employees working on-site in our Boston office three days per week.

What You’ll Do: 

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned business areas, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and offer support. Support permanent, contract, and internship hiring as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop recruiting strategies, and support thoughtful candidate selection.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process, building strong relationships and providing a positive, professional candidate experience.
• Proactively identify and engage prospective candidates through networking, direct sourcing, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Coordinate recruiting activities and administration, including job postings, recruiting events, onboarding-related activities, and other aspects of the hiring process.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across HR to improve recruiting processes, and contribute to a positive and team-oriented environment.

We’re Looking for Teammates With:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-6 years of recruiting experience, ideally within financial services, investment management, or technology.
• Experience managing full life cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business areas and hiring for a range of roles and levels.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 – $130,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and relevant experience. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and includes participation in Acadian’s comprehensive benefits program, which includes health, retirement, and wellness offerings.
