Job Description

Are you a recruiter who thrives on building relationships and finding incredible talent?

We're looking for an ambitious, proactive Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, building networks, influencing hiring decisions, and uncovering talent that others miss.

You'll work closely with hiring managers and Framework Managers to attract, assess and secure the best talent across engineering and infrastructure sectors. Whilst our Framework Managers lead the external client relationships, you'll become the driving force behind delivering exceptional candidates and building talent pipelines that support business growth.
