What you'll do

As a Sydney-based Recruiter, you will lead recruitment efforts across the region, developing tailored strategies to support our growth in the ANZ market. You will manage full-lifecycle hiring across functions - predominantly Sales and Sales Development - filling immediate roles while building robust talent pipelines for future growth.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, International.

Responsibility

• Lead full-lifecycle hiring for roles across across ANZ (predominantly Sales and Sales Development teams) partnering with hiring managers on talent strategy and workforce planning

• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (Boolean, networking, events) to build diverse pipelines of active and passive talent

• Utilise market intelligence (LinkedIn Insights) and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates) to refine strategies and improve hiring outcomes

• Maintain high-touch communication to ensure an engaging candidate journey from initial outreach through onboarding

• Collaborate with the People team to continuously refine talent acquisition workflows for speed, consistency, and equity

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

• 5+ years of agency or in-house recruitment experience in the ANZ market

• Experience hiring for Sales and Sales Development roles within the tech or software industry

• Experience using LinkedIn Insights (or similar analytics tools) and modern ATS platforms

• Experience with advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, mapping, direct outreach) for both high-volume and niche roles

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
