- Follow standard recruiting guidelines and principles to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates, flexes to meet customer needs.

- Leads and supports the development and implementation of improvement efforts.
- Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
- Work independently to define and follow area processes, work instructions, and guidelines using initiative to propose solutions to problems.
- Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

SEL is growing and our Manufacturing team is seeking a recruiting professional who has experience building pipelines of talent for roles ranging from entry level to more senior technical and leadership roles.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team where you’ll manage the full hiring process—attracting, sourcing, screening, and securing top talent that aligns with SEL values.
This position offers the opportunity to work direcly with hiring teams, be creative in finding new and better ways to hire, simplify processes, solve problems proactively, and contribute as part of the SEL team to make electric power safer, more reliable and more economical.

Pay Range Data
$61,000-$80,000 per year. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. The pay range may differ in other locations based on cost of labor. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
