  • Hands-on experience with Ashby (ATS) and modern HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, HiBob).
  • A “zero-error” mindset regarding employment/contractor agreements and candidate data management.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
  • Available for the full 5-month contract term.

Nice to have

  • Dedicated experience recruiting Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and/or Pharmacy Assistants strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting clinical practitioners (e.g., physicians, nurse practitioners, or similar contractor roles) is an asset.

About Felix

Founded in 2019, Felix is a digital healthcare company that puts the patient in control of their own health and wellbeing. We're passionate about building technology and beautiful customer experiences to make healthcare more accessible (and more enjoyable) for all Canadians.

Felix is Canada's first end-to-end healthcare experience, providing online treatment, prescription delivery and ongoing care. We deliver care across a growing range of daily health categories such as weight loss, birth control, menopause, erectile dysfunction, acne, longevity and more.

The Role

We're looking for a Recruiter to join the HR team at Felix on a 5-month contract, focused on two priority hiring streams: high volume full-cycle recruitment for Pharmacy employee roles across Felix Pharmacy East (Ontario) and Felix Pharmacy West (BC), and recruitment for our Health Care Practitioner Contractor roles supporting clinical operations.

You'll own day-to-day recruitment execution for these populations while keeping candidate data, workflows, and reporting accurate and audit-ready. You'll partner closely with Pharmacy leadership and the clinical team, and collaborate with a small, high-impact HR team.

This role reports to the VP, HR and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable recruiting for licensed/regulated roles, and can ramp quickly in a fixed-term engagement.
