What you'll do

  • Work with talent acquisition partners on talent profiling and recruitment planning
  • Manage candidate status, including interview scheduling, monitoring of applicant technical assessments and booking meeting rooms for in-person interviews
  • Maintain regular communication with applicants, hiring managers and key stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of status of hire at each stage
  • Notify unsuitable candidates after interview. Initiate the new joiner onboarding process, including conducting background and reference checks, monitoring pre-employment requirements, and preparing necessary documentation for company and statutory benefits.
  • Coordinate onboarding with new hires and notify key stakeholders / departments ensuring smooth onboarding
  • Review and update the onboarding policies for countries in Europe
  • Draft & submit monthly reports on vacancies in line with local requirements
  • Support the applicant tracking system (ATS) by organizing candidate data (e.g., resumes, assignments, and contact details) and building talent pools for identified roles
  • Source candidates for appropriate roles when needed
  • Conduct right to work checks in line with local legislation and company policy.
  • Coordinate Day One onboarding activities for UK new starters, including completion of right to work checks and HR induction sessions both in person and virtually
  • Liaise with IT and Payroll teams to ensure all relevant induction activities are arranged

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 18 months of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Administration (internship experience considered)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
  • Highly organized; can plan own time and plan recruitment activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and senior managers or key stakeholders
  • Experience arranging meetings / interviews across multiple time zones
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of employment documentation processes in United Kingdom and other European countries is an advantage

Role overview
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Recruitment Coordinator. Your primary duty is to act as a liaison between the candidate, recruiter and hiring team to coordinate interviews through to offer and during the onboarding process.

This position will ensure first in class customer service internally and a positive candidate experience externally. Additional responsibilities include managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), reporting support and managing the background screening processes with external vendor.

You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment that relies upon partnership, collaboration and effective communication.
