Recruitment Executive

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our manufacturing unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to the unit, including recruitment, training and development.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.

2. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.

3. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including technical training, soft skills training, and leadership development.

4. Employee Communications: Develop and implement internal communications strategies to keep employees informed and engaged, including company news, policies, and benefits.

6. Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and performance records.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

3. Skills: Excellent communication skill. Microsoft Office.
