- Lead, coach, and develop Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators.
- Monitor recruiting KPIs, pipeline activity, candidate quality, interviews, and placements.

- Personally recruit and screen candidates for high-priority or specialized searches when needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, quality, training, and team performance.

Superlanet is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and develop our recruiting team while driving high-quality candidate delivery across our healthcare IT client portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for recruiter performance, candidate quality, pipeline management, and recruiting process improvement. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiting leader who can coach a team, establish accountability, and step into priority searches when needed. This is an on-site role in our office located in San Diego, CA.
