Bertanggungjawab melaksanakan pelayanan/asuhan keperawatan pasien di bagian Rawat Jalan sesuai dengan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dan keselamatan pasien rawat jalan

Kualifikasi

1. Pendidikan min. D3 Optimetri atau Pendidikan terkait 

2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja 1 tahun 

3. Memiliki tanggung jawab dan komunikasi yang baik
