Are you driven by the challenge of protecting the environment, safeguarding public health, and shaping the future of water standards? Join us as a Regulation Specialist – Water & Environment and become a key player in ensuring we meet—and exceed—our regulatory responsibilities.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of our Regulation Compliance Team, working closely with operational colleagues to validate, assess, and strengthen compliance across drinking water quality and environmental performance. Your expertise will help ensure our reporting is accurate, robust, and trusted by regulators and stakeholders alike.

This is more than a compliance role—it’s an opportunity to liaise with our Regulators and influence the direction of the water industry. You’ll represent Anglian Water in national forums and policy discussions, helping shape future regulatory guidance and championing best practice across the sector. Internally, you’ll support teams with continuous improvement, embedding learning from scientific investigations and driving higher standards across the business.

Key responsibilities
