About the role

TMS Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Account Manager to join our team in Mumbai.

As Regional Account Manager, you will partner with the Client Services Director to lead the operational management of key client accounts, strengthening strategic partnerships, ensuring flawless delivery, and driving sustainable business growth.

You will respond effectively to evolving client needs while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and the achievement of financial targets. By driving best practice and continuous improvement, you will ensure the operation consistently delivers value for both clients and TMS.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
