  • Participates positively as an active member of the recruitment team; assists with special programs and research projects; participates in the development and implementation of enrollment strategies
  • Perform various administrative tasks, to include composing routine letters, compiling data for reports, maintaining calendars, processing applications, scheduling appointments, maintains confidential files, prepares position papers/reports, inputs/retrieves data on information system software, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

JOB SUMMARY

The Regional Admission Program Coordinator supports the institution’s enrollment goals by engaging with prospective students and families throughout the admission process. This position manages a regional recruitment territory and home office and assists in the overall operation of the office of admission. This position demonstrates understanding and sensitivity to the needs of all students, and performs duties in accordance with the values of a Jesuit, liberal arts education. Additionally, the Regional Admission Program Coordinator serves as a liaison to faculty, academic departments, and other University stakeholders to effectively communicate enrollment information and collaborates regarding recruitment activities and pre-professional opportunities.  

 

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Two years of related work experience
