POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager - Indirect Procurement to lead sourcing and procurement activities across multiple indirect spend categories including MRO, Real Estate, Facility Management, Insurance, Professional Services, HR Services, Legal Services, Marketing, Logistics, and other indirect categories. The incumbent will be responsible for developing category strategies, supplier management, commercial negotiations, contract management, cost optimization, and stakeholder engagement across business functions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in indirect procurement, logistics sourcing, manpower services procurement, facility setup projects, and ERP-driven procurement processes. The role requires a highly collaborative professional who can influence stakeholders, drive sourcing excellence, and deliver measurable business value.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage procurement activities across assigned indirect spend categories. 
  • Lead sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
