What you’ll bring

You will be an experienced, commercially minded property professional with a genuine passion for customer service and people leadership. You’ll be confident interpreting financial information, resolving complex issues and making sound decisions under pressure.

Ideally, you will have:

  • At Least 10 years management experience within block management, property management or surveying.

  • Strong experience of budgets, service charges, expenditure control and financial reporting.

  • A solid understanding of building maintenance, major works and relevant legislation, including the Landlord and Tenant Act, Building Safety Act and RICS guidance.
