What you'll do

  • Partner with HQ and regional CEOs: provide ad-hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support to drive transparency and accountability.
  • Support with audit and statutory reporting: work closely with our regional teams to coordinate preparation of annual financial statements, build audit support packages, coordinate with external auditors, and close audits on time.
  • Support with monthly reporting and insights: review and provide P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting with variance analysis vs budget and clear explanations to HQ and regional CEOs.
  • Manage cash, payments, and treasury visibility: weekly payment reports, cash forecasting, working capital discipline, banking relationships support, and FX exposure monitoring/mitigation.
  • Strengthen internal controls and cost discipline: periodic review of accounting records and bank statements, approval workflows, fraud prevention checks, and spend control recommendations.
  • Improve processes and close timelines: standardize templates, automate recurring reporting, enhance documentation, and drive faster, cleaner closes across offices.
  • Stay current on regulatory and business environment changes: track country-specific banking, tax, and reporting changes and translate them into practical actions for the organization.

Our expertise spans networking solutions, telematics, telemedicine, EV charging, and electronics manufacturing. Teltonika’s technologies are widely used across diverse industries, including Green Energy, Smart Cities, Industry 4.0, and more.

Currently Teltonika is looking for a Regional Financial Manager (Americas). By joining our team, you will become part of a group of motivated, ambitious and helpful colleagues and play a pivotal role enabling Teltonika to grow our presence in the North and South America market, through monitoring, developing and implementing financial controls, reporting and analysis functions. Reporting  to the VP of Finance at HQ, you will gain exposure to international operations and senior stakeholders across multiple countries in the region. 

In this role, you will:

Financial Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to HQ.
  • Consolidate, review and monitor weekly cash flow and net terms reports.

Working Capital, Cash Flow & Risk Management

  • Review bank activity and monitor unusual transactions;
  • Ensure compliance with internal credit and intragroup financing policies;
  • Monitor and improve working capital performance across regional offices.

Cost Control  

  • Review and monitor operating expenses, identify trends, investigate variances, and challenge regional office spend;
  • Support with business case analysis and key commercial decisions.

Commercial Governance

  • Monitor compliance with pricing and credit policies;
  • Perform regular reviews of pricing deviations and margin performance.

Inventory & Supply Chain Finance

  • Oversee inventory quality, ageing, and liquidity.
  • Participate in quarterly inventory reviews and counts.

Tax & Regulatory Monitoring

  • Stay informed about tax and regulatory developments across the Americas region;
  • Assess potential financial implications and provide recommendations to Headquarters and local management.

Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with CEOs and leadership teams to improve financial performance and cash flow;
  • Drive initiatives focused on growth, profitability, automation, and process improvement.

 

What we expect of you:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 5+ years in Finance, Audit, FP&A, Controlling or Corporate Finance;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • High level of professional integrity, accountability, and discretion;
  • Self-driven personality with a strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in multinational or multi-country organizations (esp. LATAM region);
  • Exposure to international taxation, transfer pricing, customs, or cross-border transactions;
  • Fluency in Spanish.
