What you'll do
- Lead and develop the Accounting organization across the Americas region (USA and Mexico).
- Provide regional oversight of all accounting activities and ensure compliance with Group Accounting.
- Policies, IFRS requirements and local statutory regulations.
- Manage, coach and support the Senior Accountants responsible for the individual countries within the region.
- Coordinate and escalate cross-country accounting topics, ensuring timely resolution of complex accounting matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for all Americas entities.
- Drive consistency, standardization and harmonization of accounting processes across the region.
- Monitor balance sheet quality, account reconciliations and reporting integrity across all legal entities.
- Act as key interface between local accounting teams, Group Accounting, auditors and other finance functions.
- Support external audits, statutory reporting activities and implementation of new accounting requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation and finance transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA related projects.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting leadership experience in multinational environments and experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience partnering with regional and global stakeholders.
- Experience supporting organizational transformation, process harmonization, or shared-service structures.
- Experience with external audits, compliance, governance, and financial controls.
- Technical Knowledge & Expertise: IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards); Local statutory reporting requirements; Internal Controls; SAP FI / SAP S/4HANA; Financial Reporting; Audit Management; Process Improvement and Standardization.
- Language Requirements: English - advanced, Spanish - fluent.

We are looking for
Regional Head of Accounting Americas
at one of our locations in Mexico - Ciudad Juárez
Your tasks:
Lead and develop the Accounting organization across the Americas region (USA and Mexico).
