  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues - conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance, in many states, including California, partnering with our Legal department as needed
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, to build morale, and to increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to all employees
  • Deliver guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for assigned locations and individual executive coaching needs
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success, then follow up to ensure training objectives are met

Overview

As a Regional HR Manager, you’ll assist in building the foundation to support our business and workforce. You will serve as a high-level consultant to management within your region on Human Resources-related issues, and you’ll act as a change agent to foster the development of an employee-oriented company culture that embodies our organization’s vision, mission, and culture. HR plays an important role in all businesses, but as a true partner in 48forty, the Regional HR Manager is vital to the success of our overall business!
