What you'll do
- Guide partner delivery teams across North America to ensure their engineering practices and technical implementations consistently align with Appian’s highest architectural standards.
- Review complex enterprise application designs to ensure platform scalability, security frameworks, performance tuning, and long-term maintainability for mission-critical client deployments.
- Mentor partner technical leads, solution architects, and developers, building high-performing partner teams capable of delivering complex applications independently.
- Collaborate with North American partner leads, Appian Customer Success, and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve architecture and performance challenges on high-stakes, strategic accounts.
- Help create and curate reusable design patterns, integration blueprints, and fixes that directly feed into and enhance Appian’s AI tooling for partners.
- Provide technical subject matter expertise and support technical enablement across the global partner community by participating in live technical forums, Q&A sessions, and contributing to practical training and certification assets.
- Work alongside Appian’s Customer Success and Product Engineering teams to vet alternate channel solution architecture designs to ensure they are commercially robust, supportable, and repeatable.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base salary range per provided represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a commission plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
