The Opportunity
We're looking for a Florida-licensed Community Association Manager with leadership experience, ready to mentor and guide other property managers while running a portfolio of communities of their own. This role suits someone who's spent time in the field managing boards and residents directly, but is now looking to take on a bigger-picture role — helping shape how other managers operate, sharing what's worked, and stepping in where needed to keep things running smoothly. You'll balance the hands-on work of your own portfolio with the responsibility of being a steady, experienced resource for the wider team.
What You'll Do:
Portfolio Management
- Oversee a portfolio of community associations

Regional Support & Leadership
- Serve as a go-to resource for other property managers in the region
- Act as a point of escalation for cross-portfolio operational issues
- Lead training sessions on legislative updates and operational best practices
- Conduct client check-ins
- Support business development - including client pitch meetings and onboarding new associations
Requirements
- Active Florida CAM license, held 2+ years (required)
- Experience managing a community association portfolio
