  • Responsible for using reporting and analytics from various sources provided to maximize business in partnership with Head Golf Professionals and Callaway Staff Directors of Golf
  • Frequently solicit and gather market share insights and feedback and review daily sales analysis report.
  • Balance short-term tasks against long-term strategic initiatives

This role will require the individual to be Texas based.

The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is responsible for leading, directing and managing the assigned regional sales team in the US. The RSD motivates and leads his/her team in an effort to achieve new levels of performance, revenue growth and customer satisfaction across all channels. The RSD is responsible for planning sales strategies and execution plans to enable the region to achieve its sales and profitability objectives. The RSD interfaces closely with customers to develop sales plans, identify and develop advocates relationships and ensure sound service levels with customers in all channels. The RSD is responsible to communicate and lead his/her team in a way that is aligned with the companies’ strategies, long and short-term goals and direction.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading the Team:
