What you'll do

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual territory business plans aligned with company sales and growth objectives.

  • Apply the Signia Sales Process consistently and effectively during customer interactions.
  • Prospect, develop, and convert new accounts while increasing sales and share of wallet within existing accounts.
  • Analyze and leverage daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting to identify opportunities, address gaps, and drive territory performance.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, opportunity, activity, and territory information in Salesforce (SFDC).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Comply with all SFDC requirements, including the timely and accurate documentation of daily customer activities and sales opportunities.

  • Use available data and reporting to prioritize customer interactions and optimize territory coverage.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
