Orascoptic is seeking a motivated, coachable, and customer-focused Regional Sales Support Representative / Associate Territory Sales Representative (English/Spanish) to support business growth across the UK and Spain.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, enjoys meeting new people, and aspires to develop into a Territory Sales Representative. We are less focused on extensive sales experience and more interested in individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for building customer relationships.

Working closely with the field sales team, you will help generate new business opportunities, support educational and trade events, engage customers, and learn the skills needed to succeed in a field sales career.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Territory Sales Representatives to grow assigned territories.
• Build relationships with dental and healthcare professionals throughout the UK and Spain.
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through phone, email, social media, and in-person outreach.
• Schedule customer meetings and support sales pipeline management through CRM tools.
• Attend and support trade shows, university events, continuing education courses, and customer programs.
• Learn to present, demonstrate, and sell Orascoptic's industry-leading loupes and headlights.
• Perform product consultations, measurements, fittings, and post-sale customer support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within Salesforce.
• Provide coverage and support for open territories as needed.
• Achieve activity, appointment-setting, and sales performance goals.

Location & Travel

• Remote position based in the United Kingdom, preferably near a major airport.
• Up to 75% travel across the UK and Spain, including occasional weekend travel.
• Travel will primarily include customer visits, university events, trade shows, educational programs, and sales meetings.

Mileage reimbursement provided for approved business travel

Required Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong desire to build a long-term career in field sales.
• Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and develop into a Territory Sales Representative role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and growth mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work occasional weekends for customer events.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the UK and Spain.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, business development, recruitment, sales, healthcare, or other customer-facing environments.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
