Regional Service Manager

Job Title: Regional Service Manager Location: South-East Salary: From £48,000 to £48.500 per annum Are you an experienced Fire & Security professional based in the South-East looking to step into a Regional Service Manager position? Technical Resources are recruiting for a Regional Service Manager to join a leading Fire & Security services provider supporting a wide range of national clients across retail, healthcare, utilities, and corporate sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Engineer with strong commercial awareness to progress into a leadership role within a growing organisation. Responsibilities: ● Manage a medium-sized team of Fire & Security Engineers across the South-East region ● Take responsibility for the regional P&L and operational performance ● Audit engineers’ work to ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards ● Identify training and development requirements for Engineers and Supervisors ● Act as a technical escalation point for complex service issues ● Ensure service delivery and staffing levels meet customer expectations ● Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure operational efficiency ● Hold daily operational calls with scheduling teams to maintain regional performance ● Support Key Account Managers and resolve customer site issues or disputes where required Experience and Certifications required: ● Previous experience managing field-based engineering teams preferred ● Strong working knowledge of current Fire & Security standards and codes of practice ● Technical background in Fire & Security systems ● Strong communication and organisational skills ● Commercial awareness with the ability to support operational performance Please apply with an up-to-date CV for more information.
