  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through responsive, clear and credible technical communication.

  • Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs, product performance and future opportunities.

  • Act as a technical voice for Collins Landing Systems in the region, helping customers operate with confidence, safety and efficiency.

  • Support ongoing customer engagement by combining technical expertise with a strong service mindset.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the customer, solving practical technical problems and representing world-class aerospace technology in the field.

What You Will Learn

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in:

  • Landing Systems product support.

  • Airline and MRO technical operations.

  • Customer relationship management.

  • Technical sales and campaign support.

  • Retrofit and in-service support activity.

  • Cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, commercial and customer support teams.

You will be joining a global aerospace business where your experience can grow into something with real runway. 🛫

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Diploma in Aviation Maintenance, or equivalent academic and/or practical experience in aircraft mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems and/or powerplant.

  • Minimum of four years’ experience in the design and/or maintenance of aircraft, aircraft systems or aircraft appliances, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong technical communication skills.

  • Ability to build trusted, long-standing customer relationships.

  • Aircraft wheels, brakes and landing gear experience would be considered an asset.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Ten years’ relevant experience.

  • Previous exposure to airline maintenance activities.

  • Technical familiarity with aircraft wheels, brakes and landing gear.

  • Experience working directly with airline or MRO customers.

This is your opportunity to bring your aviation maintenance and technical support experience into a role where customer trust, engineering knowledge and real-world impact meet.
