Job Summary

1. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Dermatology & Aesthetic Clinic. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist dermatologists and aesthetic physicians with clinical and cosmetic procedures, educate patients on treatment plans and aftercare, and maintain a safe, professional clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and obtain relevant medical history, vital signs, allergies, and treatment information.
• Prepare patients for dermatological and aesthetic consultations and procedures.
• Assist doctors with procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables, microneedling, PRP, skin biopsies, wound care, and other dermatological treatments, as applicable to the clinic.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow strict infection-control, sterilization, and clinical safety protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or emergencies.
• Provide clear pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions to patients.
• Educate patients about skincare, medication use, wound care, sun protection, and treatment expectations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and treatment documentation.
• Assist with photography and documentation of treatment progress when required.
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medical and aesthetic supplies.
• Ensure equipment is handled safely and report malfunctioning or damaged equipment promptly.
• Support patient scheduling, follow-up calls, and coordination of treatment plans when required.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and patient-centered approach at all times.
• Comply with applicable nursing standards, clinic policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Registered Nurse license/registration applicable to the country of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required.
• Previous experience in dermatology, aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetology, or outpatient clinical care is preferred.
• Experience assisting with laser, injectable, or other aesthetic procedures is an advantage.

• May require flexible working hours, including weekends or extended clinic hours depending on operational requirements.
