What you'll do
- Organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions.
- Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
- Responsible for recognizing occupational hazards and facilitate necessary changes for controlling hazards, and to provide early intervention to recognize and treat illnesses and injuries.
- Maintains confidential employee medical records.
