Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals across various disciplines to ensure the best care for patients.
- Monitor patient progress, documenting any changes and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
- Adhere to quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
- Participate in continuous education and training programs to advance nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
- A valid nursing license in your home country.
- Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing role.
- Proficient understanding of nursing best practices and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong patient relationships.
- Able to adapt to new environments and cultures with ease.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS are beneficial.
- Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities.
