What you'll do
- Provide dialysis treatments to patients staying in a hospital in a fast-paced high acuity setting.
- Float to Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, Advocate Condell Medical Center, and Advocate Sherman Hospital.
- Work 12 hour day shifts with 1 (night) call shift per week.
- Play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Where You Will Work:
Join our highly Specialized Inpatient Dialysis Team and provide dialysis treatments to patients staying in a hospital. You will be working in a fast-paced high acuity setting. This position is based at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital and will float to Advocate Condell Medical Center and Advocate Sherman Hospital. 12 hour day shifts with 1 (night) call shift per week. Eligible for Float Premium.
We’re Looking For:
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
