What you'll do
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HPB Surgery clinic
- Providing leadership for both clinical and clerical staff
- Supervising team members
- Coordinating clinic staffing and coverage
- Approving and managing employee timecards
- Maintaining clinic supply inventory
- Addressing patient concerns
- Participating in operational and leadership meetings
- Communicating key updates to staff
- Supporting onboarding and professional development
- Monitoring clinic workflows
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements

- Current RN license in North Carolina
- BSN required
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in an ambulatory, surgical, or specialty clinic setting
- Minimum 1 year of leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations, patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
- Experience collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Nice to have
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a surgical specialty practice
- Experience in HPB, general surgery, or other procedural specialties
- Certification in Nursing Leadership, Ambulatory Care Nursing, or a related specialty
- Experience with accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of Epic and ambulatory clinic scheduling and workflow processes

Pay Range:
$41.10 - $61.65- Current RN license in North Carolina
