  • Support new product launches by identifying regulatory requirements and potential risks early.
  • Keep our regulatory documentation and records accurate, structured and easy to access.
  • Help us build scalable regulatory processes and a knowledge base for future SEA expansion.

We are Vilgain - on a mission to change how people think about food. With 700+ people across Europe, the UK and the US, we develop high-quality, minimally processed products that make uncompromising nutrition accessible.

Now we are looking for a Food & Supplements Regulatory Specialist to help us ensure our products can legally enter and operate across the South Asia region.

This part of the role is focused on market-level regulatory execution and local compliance readiness across SEA markets. It covers the practical side of making sure our food and dietary supplement products meet local requirements, including product notifications and registrations, import and market-entry requirements, local regulatory obligations, authority communication, and documentation management.
