What you'll do

  • Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with Centers of Influence (attorneys, CPAs, financial professionals, and other referral sources) to generate fiduciary business opportunities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for referral partners and prospective fiduciary clients
  • Lead the RFP process as needed, partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality proposals and support business development opportunities
  • Participate in community, professional, and industry events to increase market visibility and strengthen referral networks
  • Collaborate with Trust Officers, Wealth Advisors, and other team members to identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Facilitate introductions and referrals between prospective clients and Wealth Advisors when appropriate
  • Remain available to support fiduciary business development opportunities, including responding to time-sensitive referral situations as needed
  • Educate referral sources and prospects regarding trust, estate, fiduciary, and wealth management solutions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and knowledge regarding fiduciary services, trust administration, and wealth management offerings
  • Document and track referral activity and relationship development efforts
  • Act as a strategic resource and advocate for Trust & Wealth services throughout the organization and community
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
