About the job

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven (Senior) Relationship Manager to join our Agricultural Banking team and play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new opportunities across the Agricultural Sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across the agricultural ecosystem, while contributing to the design and delivery of tailored financing solutions and banking products, in line with the Bank’s strategy and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners and businesses across the Agricultural Sector, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the Bank’s business.
• Design and promote tailored banking products and financing solutions that address the evolving needs of clients and the market.
• Assess the creditworthiness of businesses, analyze financial information and prepare credit proposals for new and existing corporate financing arrangements.
• Contribute to the structuring, approval, renewal and ongoing monitoring of corporate financing facilities, supporting the quality and sound management of the credit portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with relevant teams across the Bank to structure and deliver complex financing solutions and ensure effective client servicing.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity and relevant investment and development programs, identifying opportunities for new products, partnerships and business initiatives.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the Agricultural Sector and broader market environment, leveraging industry insights and best practices to identify new approaches and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in business development and the management of a corporate or business banking portfolio.
• Solid knowledge of Corporate Lending, credit assessment and financial analysis.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify business opportunities and translate client needs into effective financing solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and develop clear recommendations and actionable plans.
• Client-centric mindset, with a focus on identifying optimal solutions, introducing new approaches with sound risk awareness and delivering strong results.
• Good understanding of market and industry developments, with the ability to identify emerging trends, opportunities and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
