What you'll do
- Work closely with Reliability Engineering Team/Manager to develop and implement processes and procedures necessary to establish a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) culture
- Support on work execution management elements, including but not limited to 1) MRO Spares 2) PM optimization 3) Bill of Materials and 4) CMMS Readiness.
- Constant support on the new tools and methods to make the maintenance group a more reliability focused, proactive work group.
- Implement, assist, support, and help build maintenance optimization review of asset's criticality and establishes best-practice maintenance activities required to detect early signs of functional failures, example – Predictive Maintenance – Vibration analysis, IR Thermography etc...

Compensation
Our Undergraduate co-ops offer an hourly rate between $24.00 - $25.00 dependent upon academic year (rising Junior or Senior).
What We Look For
Academic Background & Work Experience:
- Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering between December 2027 – June 2029.
- Previous related co-ops, internships, and / or work experience preferred.
