Your Role
As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative, you'll help customers by providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers via phone, chat, and email
- Handling and following up on customer inquiries until they are successfully resolved
- Delivering excellent customer service while representing a well-known international brand
- Building professional relationships with customers through empathy and effective communication
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
Requirements
What You'll Bring
- Fluency in Dutch
- Good English communication skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Good computer skills
