Fracture Diagnostics International is actively seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Remote Live Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, engaging with them through our online chat platform. Your responsibilities will include providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, offering comprehensive assistance, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism and exceptional service.
