How the Lead Flow Works

Every conversation you have starts with a person who already asked for help — they requested a life insurance quote, filled out a form, or called in directly. You're never starting from zero interest. Your job is guiding that existing interest toward a decision that actually fits their situation, using access to more than 60 insurance carriers so you're never limited to pushing one product regardless of fit.

What Training Actually Looks Like

We built our onboarding program assuming you've never done this work before. It starts with the fundamentals of how life insurance products work and why families need different types of coverage, moves into practicing real conversations (not scripts you recite word-for-word, but a framework you can adapt), and includes direct mentorship once you're taking live calls. You're never left to figure it out alone.

The Money, Explained Plainly

Pay is 100% commission, with no cap on what you can earn. Agents typically close in the $800–$1,200 range per policy. Realistic first-year outcomes:

• Part-time (fewer hours, worked consistently): $50,000+
• Full-time (consistent daily production): $80,000 to $300,000+

Payment is issued daily and weekly, and there are additional performance-based bonuses layered on for agents hitting certain milestones — this isn't just base commission with nothing else attached.

Who Actually Succeeds in This Role

Honestly, it's rarely the person with the flashiest sales background. It's the person who shows up every single day, takes coaching without getting defensive about it, and treats the leads they're given with genuine care rather than rushing through calls. If that's how you'd approach this, you'll likely do well here regardless of what your resume currently says.
