Duties and Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit and assemble high-volume real estate video content in Final Cut Pro, DaVinci or Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to the studio standard
• Perform colour correction and grading, exposure balancing, white balance and contrast adjustments across clips for a consistent, cohesive look
• Correct shaky or unstable footage, stabilise handheld shots and adjust framing while maintaining a natural, realistic presentation
• Use tracks, layers, masks and non-destructive workflows efficiently; where required, complete multi-cam syncing, drone/aerial integration
• Design and animate motion graphics elements including location markers on aerial footage, property site outlines, lower thirds, titles, transitions and logo stings to studio brand guidelines
• Sync footage to music and voiceover, and manage pacing and rhythm to suit the intended platform and audience
• Create social media content derived from larger video productions.
• Perform minor edits on larger video projects as required.
• Follow established editing templates and style guidelines, while developing greater independence in the role over time.
• Motion graphics are expected to comprise approximately 10% of the workload and may range from basic to mid-range requirements such as aerial markups, drop pins and land boxes, through to more advanced animations for commercial real estate, including traffic visualisation and detailed aerial markups.

File Handling & Production Management

• Maintain excellent file-handling discipline across downloads, working files, exports, uploads and archives
• Follow naming conventions, folder structures, export specifications, version control and delivery procedures exactly
• Protect client material and maintain strict confidentiality of footage, addresses, project information and company files
• Identify missing, corrupt or unusual files early and communicate issues promptly
• Upload finished videos to the company's Vimeo system.

Illustrator & Floorplan Production

• Use Adobe After Effects and Illustrator confidently for motion graphics production and studio templates (or DaVinci Fusion)
• Produce clean, on-brand animated property site outlines, title sequences, lower thirds and end cards from supplied source material, following clients branding standards
• Check spelling, alignment, timing, brand colours and overall animation presentation before delivery; make revisions quickly when requested

Quality Assurance & Team Communication

• Complete a final quality-control check before every job is submitted
• Follow written instructions, job notes, examples and feedback precisely
• Communicate clearly in English when a brief is unclear or a production issue is identified
• Be receptive to feedback, retain corrections and apply learnings consistently to future work
• Manage priorities calmly when multiple jobs are due and escalate any risk to deadlines early
• Participate in strategy and consulting meetings on technical matters – internal and external – for company and client interests
• Participate in daily morning check-ins with the Australian team through the team's messaging system.

Primary Content Types

The role will primarily focus on real estate and property-related video content, with the expected content mix as follows:

• Approximately 90% real estate videos, covering residential and commercial properties.
• Approximately 10% other content, including interviews, testimonials and corporate functions.
• Social media content derived from main video productions.
  

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• Must have 2–3+ years of professional video editing experience in a commercial or production environment. 3–4+ years of hands-on professional video editing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong practical experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, including colour correction, audio syncing, multi-cam editing, trimming, transitions and footage clean-up
• Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, site outlines, motion tracking aerial footage, animated titles, lower thirds and templatebased design work
• Experience with AI-assisted editing or generative tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Premiere's AI features) is highly desirable, with the ability to review and refine AI-generated results to ensure they meet professional standards
• Strong visual judgement, with a good eye for pacing, colour, composition, consistency, realism and overall video presentation
• Ability to work on high-volume video production, with an expected workload calibrated to job complexity, potentially increasing with AI-assisted workflows for rough cuts and template-based assembly
• Strong file management and production discipline, including organising, naming, processing, uploading and managing large volumes of files accurately
• Ability to follow detailed editing instructions, job briefs, mark-ups and established production standards
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining speed, accuracy and consistency
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage daily workloads and meet production deadlines
• Reliable computer equipment and stable internet connection suitable for handling large image files and remote production work
• Willingness to work according to Australian business/production requirements and quality standards
• Must be comfortable working as part of a pioneer production team in the Philippines and contributing to the development of the local operation.
• Must have their own working equipment for work
• Experience working with multi-asset production workflows and an understanding of post-production pipelines and delivery schedules.
• Must be able to demonstrate relevant real estate and/or architectural video editing work through a portfolio.
• Strong experience with Final Cut Pro is preferred, as it is the primary video editing platform used for the role.

Nice-to-have / Advantageous Skills

• Experience editing Australian-market videos, particularly understanding Australian property presentation standards
• Experience editing real-estate/property video
• Experience with drone and aerial photography, including drone property imagery • Experience working with helicopter/aerial photography
• Experience with architectural video production.
• Experience using AI tools to improve video editing and production workflows.
